Water Grinding Process

This process is a preliminary grinding, which makes the surface of the blade brighter. At the same time, the water flow in the machine helps to reduce the high heat generated during the grinding process. Keeping the temperature at a low temperature.

Straightening Process

This process is to re-straighten the bent blade after stamping to adapt it to the next process.

Welding Technology

This process uses a fully automatic welding machine to weld the handle and the blade.

Polishing Process

This process relies on the experience of the craftsman to finely polish each kitchen knife to eliminate impurities and unevenness on the surface.
